Made-to-order production

REKTWEAR garments are made to order and fulfilled by a specialist production and shipping partner. Production normally takes 2–3 business days before dispatch. Production can take longer during high-volume periods or when an order requires additional quality checks.

Shipping rates

For deliveries to the United States, Japan, and South Korea, paid shipping is calculated from the shipment’s total weight. Enter the delivery address at checkout to see the final shipping rate and any applicable currency conversion. The rate shown at checkout is the amount REKTWEAR charges for shipping; we do not add a separate handling fee.

Free-shipping thresholds

  • United States: Free shipping is available on eligible orders of US$75 or more.
  • Japan: Free shipping is available on eligible orders of ¥12,000 or more.
  • South Korea: Free shipping is available on eligible orders that meet the local-currency equivalent of US$100. The applicable local-currency threshold is calculated at checkout.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Available shipping methods and the estimated delivery window for your destination are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are in business days, begin after production is complete, and are not guaranteed. When your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address changes

Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately by replying to your order-confirmation email. We can update an address only before the fulfillment partner processes the shipment. Redelivery, storage, or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Delays, loss, and damage

Carrier delays can occur. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, the carrier confirms a package is lost, or your order arrives damaged, reply to your order-confirmation email with your order number. We will investigate and, when the issue is verified, arrange the remedy described in our Return & Refund Policy.
